Construction Update – 11/13
The temperatures may be dropping but construction at Camp Willow Springs is heating up! There is drywall being installed in the Meeting Room and siding is being put on the Pool House. The progress in construction along with the 2014 Summer Camp Dates being announced gives us much to be thankful for!

Swimming Pool Update – 10/13
The next step to the completion of our Swimming Pool Complex is underway! The concrete for the pool house has been poured and construction on it will continue this month. The pool house will include bathrooms as well as the pool’s pump room. As always, our Facebook page is the best place to see our most recent construction updates!

Swimming Pool Update – 09/13
We are continuing to move forward with the construction of the CWS Swimming Pool! The retaining wall for the pool is currently being built and is pictured below. The only thing this wall won’t retain is our progress! Make sure to like Camp Willow Springs on Facebook to stay up to date on all of our construction and other updates!

Swimming Pool Update – 08/13
The Camp Willow Springs swimming pool is looking great! We are very excited that the concrete shell has been poured and the waterline tile is being installed. The swimming pool area is 5,198 square feet and will include three water slides. It will be a central recreation feature at CWS. The pool is designed for a swimming capacity of 150 campers. CWS will open in 2014 and begin by serving 80 campers per week. Once fully developed, CWS will work with 240 campers per week. We will be updating our Facebook page with new pictures regularly.

Swimming Pool Construction Begins
The Camp Willow Springs swimming pool is underway! We are very excited that the excavation for our pool has begun and will be updating our Facebook page with new pictures regularly.

Swimming Pool Update – 07/13
We are excited to announce that the construction for our 5200-square foot swimming pool is almost underway! Surveying for the site has been completed and we plan to start construction early next week. Here is a panoramic image of the location of the pool and the progress that has been made so far. And here is a rendering of what the completed pool will look like We will be updating pictures of the construction on Facebook, stay tuned!

Meeting Room Update
Construction continues to move forward on the Camp Willow Springs Meeting Room! We have managed to work around the rain this summer and are excited about the progress that has been made. If you would like to see more pictures of the Meeting Room construction, check out the album on Facebook!

Progress on Septic System
The work site has finally dried out enough that work can continue on the septic system and two dormitories. Final preparations are being made to be able to pour the concrete for the dormitories. The septic system for the office and healthcare center are being installed and the water should be connected to the buildings soon. Footings Poured!
Due to rain delays we had to wait until today for the footings to be poured. But we sure were excited to see the concrete trucks come pulling in!

Construction of Next Two Dormitories!
Construction on the next two dormitories has begun! The contractor will complete the footings this week and will begin preparation for pouring the concrete slab. One of these dorms is being funded through the Buy-a-Bed challenge. We are excited about the continued progress and look forward to the day that we can begin serving campers at CWS.
