Fees and Financial Assistance

2017 Summer Camp Fee

The camp fee for all 5-Night sessions is $425.  The fee for the 3-Night Session, July 30-August 2, is $290.       

The camp fee includes *accident insurance, canteen, activity classes, meals, and lodging. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit and any extra recreation fees are due with registration. Beginning in 2017 CWS will offer online summer camp registration and accept online payments.  The balance is due by May 3, 2017. 

*Accident insurance includes up to $3,500.00 for medical expenses incurred from an injury at camp. Additional expenses will be the parents responsibility. Insurance does not cover pre-existing injuries or illness.

Change of Session or Cancellation

Any change of camp session requires a $25.00 processing charge per change. No changes after May 3, 2017. In case of cancellation, the fee (less the deposit) is refundable if notification is received in writing 30 days prior to arrival at camp.

Financial Assistance

It is our desire that every child have the opportunity to attend CWS.  Our financial assistance funds are intended for those children who otherwise would be unable to attend.  Both partial and full scholarships are available.  If you wish to apply for financial assistance please complete the “Financial Assistance Form” available in your account once you register for a summer camp session.
