Are you searching for an experience this summer that will be spiritually rewarding? Would you like to build one-on-one relationships with young people? Do you have a passion to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and have an eternal impact on the lives of youth? Are you looking for a place where you can have fun all summer long?

If so, then Camp Willow Springs is the place for you! During a summer at CWS you will have the opportunity to work with young people in grades 3-6 and to share with them our three-fold purpose:

    • To win young people to Jesus Christ
    • To mature those who are already Christians
    • To show them you can be a Christian and have fun

Our summer staff consists of 32 college students who demonstrate a spiritual maturity that enables them to be positive Christian role models to our campers. They love the Lord, love serving young people, and love having fun! As a staff member, you will share the Gospel with young people and eternally impact their lives while also growing and being challenged spiritually yourself. You will develop life-long friendships with the campers and staff and on top of all that you even get paid!  The summer staff experience is so rewarding that 40-60% of our staff return each summer.

Our staff is held to a very high standard both personally and professionally. Applicants must have completed their first year of college or be of equivalent age, must be a growing and committed Christian, must have a heart to serve, and must have a deep love and enjoyment of children and youth. Upon completing the application, the Camp Director will contact you for a face-to-face interview at camp. Summer staff hiring decisions will be prayerfully and carefully considered, and applicants will typically be notified within 2-3 weeks of their interview. All summer staff members must be able to work the entire summer staff commitment from May 25-July 28. This includes a weeklong staff orientation and training before campers arrive at camp.  During our summer camp program we offer general public camp sessions for campers in grades 3-6.  Additional information regarding the nature and diversity of the total camp population is available upon request.  Summer staff will also have the option to work additional weeks in August.
