The Dining Hall
The dining hall at Camp Willow Springs will be a place of nourishment for our campers. Year after year, our campers and guests express their love for the great camp food. We have been blessed to have a premier food service ministry at CWR and the dining hall at CWS will uphold the same tradition. Think pancakes, blueberry muffins, turkey sandwiches, tacos, fried chicken, and cookie mush! The camp favorites will be served as part of a balanced meal which will be carefully prepared three times a day for our campers.
The dining hall will have 12,012 heated square feet of space and includes a full commercial kitchen. This beautiful building will be centrally located on the CWS property and is designed to seat up to 318 campers/staff.
The next step in development is to continue to raise funds for the construction of the CWS Dining Hall. Currently, the CWS food service is prepared off-site. Meals are catered and served in our multi-purpose meeting room. This arrangement is working at our current capacity. As we grow, the need for a food service facility onsite will allow us to better serve our campers/guests. We recently received a gift of $200,000 towards the CWS Dining Hall. We would love to begin construction of this building in 2017 and will need more to partner with us to make this happen. We ask for your support in helping to make the construction of this very important building a reality.
