Registration Update 01/11/17
We are excited that our new camp management system will allow families to create their own accounts and manage camper sessions and retreats, profiles, and submitted forms. We are still in the implementation phase, but wanted to share a way that our camp families could begin to orient themselves to the new account system. The Summer Registration Form will go online January 30, 2017 at 10am. It will be available in several places on the campsite. “Camp, an iPad, and Jesus”
As we prepared to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday, my son, Thad, was given a school assignment to write a paragraph about the things for which he is thankful. Thad wrote: “I am thankful for a lot of stuff. Here are some things. I am thankful for my family, my dog, a house, food, Camp Willow Run and Camp Willow Springs, a bed, an iPad, legos, friends, God, and Jesus. Changes to Summer Camp Registration
We are excited to be partnering with CampMinder as our new camp management system. Working with CampMinder will help us streamline the registration process for our camper families and staff. In 2017, CWS & CWR will offer online summer camp registration and will accept online payments. Families will be able to create their own accounts and manage camper sessions and retreats, profiles, and submitted forms. Registration forms will open online at 10 a.m. on January 30th at campwillowrun.org and campwillowsprings.org. System setup is underway, please visit check back for additional updates and information.

2017 Summer Camp Dates
The 2017 Summer Camp dates are now available here! Registration will begin in early 2017. Invite your friends and make plans to join us next summer! We are excited to have two new dorms that will be completed prior to next summer. This will provide us with the opportunity to work with an additional 40 campers each camp session!

Father-Son Retreat Speaker
Our Father-Son Retreat speaker is Jeremy Berger. Jeremy is Student Pastor at The Summit Church in North Carolina and the father of four boys. He will be leading each of our Bible Study sessions this weekend. There is still space available for the retreat weekend, September 23-25, 2016. Registration forms can be found here. Registration is open for the Father/Son Retreat!
Join us September 23-25, 2016 for the 2nd Annual Camp Willow Springs Father/Son Retreat! Registration is open for dads and sons in grades 1-6. The retreat includes times of family worship, great food, fun recreation, and the Father/Son olympics! The registration form is available now!
