Staff

Robbie Harris, Executive Director
Robbie has served on full time staff at Camp Willow Run since 1995.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.S. in Business Management.  Robbie received his MBA from Campbell University.  Christian camping has been very influential in his life as he attended Camp Willow Run as a camper from grades 3-12 and served on summer staff.  His desire is “to provide a camping environment in which campers learn more about a relationship with Jesus Christ while having fun!”  Robbie and his wife, Kristie (also a former CWR summer staffer) are the proud parents of Jackson, Eli, and Thad.

Jeremy Davis, Camp Director
Jeremy has served on full time staff with Youth Camps for Christ since 2005.  He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Geography and History.  Jeremy also served on summer staff for 5 summers.  His passion for Christian camping comes from the tremendous impact it has had on his own life and his desire is for each person that comes to camp to understand the importance of having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Jeremy and his wife, Kellie (also a former CWR summer staffer) have two children, Adelaide and Radford.

Grant Bartlett, CWS Program Coordinator
Grant has served on full-time staff since 2022.  He did not come to camp as a kid, but did attend other Christian camps where his love for Christian camping began. He shares, “I have a deep desire to serve the Lord and others and what better place to do that than at YCFC. My favorite Bible verse is Mark 10:45. ‘For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.’ I use this verse as a constant reminder that even our Lord and Savior came to serve others therefore I should do the same.” He served on summer staff as a counselor in 2021 and 2022.  Grant and Molly (also a former CWR summer staffer) got married on December 1, 2023. In his off time, he loves to play golf and to play/watch sports.

Tracy Garrett, Food Service Manager
Tracy graduated with a BS in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  She worked as an elementary educator for 25 years before coming to serve at camp in 2020. She believes that a relationship with God and others is the key to being a follower of Jesus.  In the Bible, Jesus built many relationships with people while sharing a meal. He ate supper with his disciples before he was crucified and he fixed them breakfast when he first appeared to them after he was resurrected.  Bonds are formed when people eat together around a table.  She believes in providing excellent food as a conduit to meaningful relationships being formed around the table.  As the Word of God spread throughout the world Luke tells us in Acts 2:46-47, “They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people.  And the Lord added to their numbers daily those who were being saved.” She has been married to Ron for 32 years and have three children, Kristan, Anna, and Thomas. She loves to travel, read, bake bread, and gather people around my table.
